Subject: Dutch Harbor Terminal Billing Dutch Harbor

Services will bill dock services at the Coastal Transportation dock in Dutch Harbor beginning January 1, 2009, with invoices being mailed late January. All 2008 prices will remain in effect with the following exceptions:

The Container Loading Fee is expired.
Wharfage - $4 per metric ton versus the 2008 rate of $4 per short ton
Wharfage on crab pots - $5 per pot
Pallets - Billed at $12 per pallet
Scale, Turn Table and Pallet Former - $350 per day
Dockage - $1.50 per foot per 24 hours
Container Power - $50 per day
Storage (outside) - $.30 per square foot per month

Coastal Transportation will continue to bill storage, moorage, and all non-related dockage charges.
