Changes or Updates

We do our absolute best to stay on schedule, but it's subject to change without notice, due to weather and other factors out of our control.

Northbound Cargo Receiving Information
Receiving hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Freezer cargo can be received no sooner than two days prior to departure. Chill cargo is received the day prior to departure.

Due to schedule, ports of call, and vessel rotation, all freight not booked ahead of time, bookings obtained after 5:00pm on Wednesdays, and freight delivered on the day of the sailing will be subject to space availability and additional fees.

Hazardous Cargo Requirements

As part of our continued dedication to the safety of our employees and vessel crews, all hazardous cargo is subject to the following restrictions:

All hazardous cargo must be booked prior to delivery to all Coastal Transportation facilities and is subject to the additional handling fees outlined in the currently published Coastal Transportation Tariff CSIW-010CU.

Explosive materials are accepted up to one day prior to departure.

All other hazardous materials are accepted up to two days prior to departure.
